Course Description
The Utilities TTM Worker Accreditation course is designed for all workers employed directly or indirectly by utility organisations providing essential services such as water, gas, electricity, and communications.
‘Indirectly’ refers to companies that support the providers of these services.
This course, developed in collaboration with utility providers, addresses the needs of infield utility workers for the application of restricted TTM practices.

Workers who hold a card identifying them as a worker for a utility provider listed below:
- Power Network
- Water Company
- Australian Pipeline Authority
- Service Stream NBN
Pre-Requisites
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a WorkSafe Construction Induction White Card (CPCWHS1001 or equivalent)
- Workers who hold a card identifying them as a worker for a utility provider listed below:
1. Power Network
2. Water Company
3. Australian Pipeline Authority
4. Service Stream NBN
- COVE Training does not have CRICOS accreditation and is unable to train students on an ‘International Student’ VISA.
Assessment Process
This course incorporates a variety of assessment tasks throughout and may include:
- Simulated or Group Activity Assessment
- Theory-based Assessment
